De hecho, hay una larga lista de cosas (incluida la colada) que probablemente no sea mejor dejar que esta chica haga. Estoy muy agradecida por las maravillosas personas que organizan los trenes de comida y las organizaciones de compa\u00f1eros supervivientes que pueden dar consejos basados \u200b\u200ben experiencias compartidas. Son invaluables, pero ese no es el tipo de apoyo que obtendr\u00e1s de m\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pero&#8230; \u00bfQuieres salir a tomar una copa de vino y olvidarte de todo? \u00a1Soy tu chica! \u00bfQuieres quedarte en casa viendo una pel\u00edcula cursi y llorar un buen rato? Cuenta conmigo. Mi especialidad es ayudarte a pasar de llorar de frustraci\u00f3n a llorar de risa. De cualquier manera, caras llenas de l\u00e1grimas. \u00bfNecesitas que alguien te acompa\u00f1e al m\u00e9dico y tome notas, para que tu cerebro abrumado tenga un registro de lo que realmente se discuti\u00f3? Hecho. \u00bfNecesitas una persona fuerte que te defienda cuando te sientas demasiado d\u00e9bil para luchar? Te cubro las espaldas.<\/p>\n<p>La relaci\u00f3n de cada persona con su diagn\u00f3stico y tratamiento es \u00fanica y, como tal, la red de apoyo necesaria debe ser diversa. Algunos d\u00edas puede que necesites ayuda con las tareas cotidianas, porque no tienes suficiente combustible en el tanque, y ah\u00ed es donde entran en juego los amigos pr\u00e1cticos. Algunos d\u00edas quieres hacer esas mismas tareas cotidianas solo para sentir que la vida tiene una apariencia de normalidad. Otros<\/p>\n<p>d\u00edas quieres disfrutar del d\u00eda y algunas veces quieres re\u00edr y sentirte especial. Ah\u00ed es donde entran en escena los amigos no tan pr\u00e1cticos.<\/p>\n<p>Espero que todas las personas que viven con su diagn\u00f3stico tengan apoyo de todos los aspectos del espectro de la empat\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica. Desde aquellos que simplemente seguir\u00e1n adelante para que puedas descansar, hasta aquellos que te sostendr\u00e1n mientras te deshaces de todo, hasta aquellos que crear\u00e1n una estaci\u00f3n de helados espont\u00e1neos en tu sala de estar.<\/p>\n<p>Tus amigos que no sobrevivieron pueden ser un gran recurso, ya que no podemos imprimir nuestra experiencia a la tuya, y con suerte eso nos permitir\u00e1 escuchar y amar sin sentir la necesidad de \u201cresolver\u201d los problemas. \u00dasanos de la mejor manera que funcione para ti.
