Share Your Story with the Media

Pink Fund often receives requests from media regarding awareness in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which we are re-naming Breast Cancer UnAwareness Month™, as so many are unaware of the financial challenges patients and their families face while in treatment.

Because you have received help from us, we are hoping you would be open to speaking to the media regarding your story with breast cancer, how you became connected with Pink Fund, and how Pink Fund helped you. Please fill out the form below to give us permission to share your contact information with our media partners for interview requests.

*Please note that by giving  Pink Fund permission to share, you hereby authorize  Pink Fund to use your photo and/or information related to your experiences with  Pink Fund. This information may be used in publications, including electronic publications, audiovisual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, community presentations, shared with the media and/or other similar ways. Your consent is freely given as a public service to Pink Fund, without expecting payment.

Pink Fund and their respective employees, officers and agents are released from any and all liability which may arise from the use of such news media stories,  promotional materials, written articles, videotape and/or photographs.

Revocation of this release must be submitted in writing and any future use of your photos or other information authorized by this release will immediately cease.
