Introducing Pink Fund’s New Online Application! 

We are excited to announce the launch of our new online application. At Pink Fund, our mission has always been to help alleviate the financial burden that comes with a breast cancer diagnosis, allowing patients to focus on their health and recovery. Our online application is designed to make it easier to apply for Pink Fund programs and remove barriers for patients seeking assistance. 

Why We Added This Option 

The journey through breast cancer treatment is challenging. Simplifying the application process is crucial in reducing stress for our patients. Over the last few years, an online application process has been the most requested feature from patients and social workers. This new online application fulfills this critical need, making our programs more accessible while increasing our capacity to serve breast cancer patients.  

Key Features and Benefits 

• Ease of Access: Patients can apply for assistance from the comfort of their own homes, using their computer, smartphone, or tablet. This ensures that more patients can apply for help without the need for printing, or physical travel to mail documents. 
• User-Friendly Interface: The online application is straightforward and intuitive, with clear instructions at every step. We have designed the application to be as easy as possible to accommodate users with varying levels of technical proficiency. 
• Secure Document Upload: Applicants can securely upload required documents directly through the platform, reducing the risk of lost paperwork and decreasing processing time. 
• Real-Time Tracking: Patients can track their progress while completing their application. Once an application is submitted, applicants can track the status of their application in real-time, providing peace of mind and reducing the need for follow-up emails. 
  
• Improved Communication: The online system allows for easier communication between applicants and our team. Patients can easily ask questions and receive timely responses through the application, ensuring they have all the information they need throughout the process. 

How to Get Started 

We are initially rolling out our new online application through social workers, on a state-by-state basis. This phased approach allows us to gather feedback and make any necessary improvements before the full public launch. We plan to make the online application available to the general public in the fall of 2024.
